Return Products

You can exercise your right to return the product you have purchased within 10 calendar days from the date you received it. The change of products can be done with any product of equal or greater value from www.my-vintage.gr. Return costs are borne by the customer except in cases where the return is due to our fault.

It is clarified that before returning a product you must contact us by email at info@my-vintage.gr or call 0030 26510 74053.

BASIC CONDITIONS FOR CHANGE:

The product has not been used and is exactly as you received it.
It must not have been washed, worn or any modification – damage in relation to its original condition.
Be sure to be accompanied by the original retail receipt or invoice and its own accompanying card.
The return of the swimsuit is not accepted if the protective tape has been removed from the crotch (if any).

When returning a product, we must check to verify the correctness of the above.

In case you do not wish to buy another product from our online store there is the possibility of a refund. Necessary condition is to contact us first in the ways mentioned above and after consultation with the person in charge to refund your money within 10 calendar days.

In case you receive a defective product, it is necessary to contact us within the same day that it is received and after consultation with the person in charge to make the change. In this case the shipping costs are ours.

Www.my-vintage.gr is not responsible for any damage, misuse and destruction after removing the product labels.
